i found the staff consistently helpful. the breakfast buffet offered diverse turkish products. my requested high-floor room with a view was fulfilled, everything went smoothly starting from check-in. the room was very clean and tidied properly daily.
during my family vacation, the promised room change never materialized, despite assurances for the first four nights. this was disappointing.

My superior twin room was quite large. The minibar inside was well-stocked. It had a useful selection of drinks and snacks. I especially liked the cleanliness of the facilities for fitness, swimming, and spa.
The lighting in the bathroom was OKAY, though it could have been brighter.

The location was great! It was close to many amenities.
I must say, the staff gave incorrect information about airport distances. They also weren't clear about taxi fees. This made exploring the city more difficult than necessary. This lack of clarity really bothered me. The coffee at breakfast wasn't even complimentary. I had to pay extra for a latte.
