convenient location good workout local pastries
the hotel's location was convenient for my meetings it made getting around easy the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes allowing for good workouts the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of fresh fruit and local pastries providing many options

helpful staff turkish products clean room
i found the staff consistently helpful. the breakfast buffet offered diverse turkish products. my requested high-floor room with a view was fulfilled, everything went smoothly starting from check-in. the room was very clean and tidied properly daily.
during my family vacation, the promised room change never materialized, despite assurances for the first four nights. this was disappointing.

the rooms were super spacious i especially loved the rainfall shower it felt so luxurious i also appreciated the daily courtesy water they really know how to make a guest feel special it's a small touch but it meant so much after a long day exploring

prime location spacious room poor service replaced cups
the location are prime. its centrally situated and convenient for explore the city. the room was spacious. it was elegant and very comfortable.
hotel service are not up to the mark. they lock us out cause payment outstand, they did not inform me. cups need replaced. they do not do it after 3 to 4 calls.

My superior twin room was quite large. The minibar inside was well-stocked. It had a useful selection of drinks and snacks. I especially liked the cleanliness of the facilities for fitness, swimming, and spa.
The lighting in the bathroom was OKAY, though it could have been brighter.

i really liked the fast check-in. the spa had excellent facilities, it offered total relaxation. the location was prime. the staff was very polite and helpful. i also got a room upgrade, that was a nice touch.
i thought cappuccino was a little extra during breakfast.

incorrect information extra charges
The location was great! It was close to many amenities.
I must say, the staff gave incorrect information about airport distances. They also weren't clear about taxi fees. This made exploring the city more difficult than necessary. This lack of clarity really bothered me. The coffee at breakfast wasn't even complimentary. I had to pay extra for a latte.
